Support

Every Ninth Tile game and app is supported by the studio that made it. Write to hello@ninthtile.com and a person will answer.

What to include

Tell us which game or app, your device model and iOS version, and what happened. The version and build number are shown on each app's Settings screen. A screenshot or a short screen recording almost always turns a guess into a fix.

Titles we support

Titles still in private playtesting are supported through the TestFlight feedback button and the same mailbox.

Purchases

Where a title sells a premium unlock, it is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Reinstalling or moving to a new iPhone signed into the same Apple Account restores it from the Restore Purchases button in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue them directly.

Progress and data

Progress is stored on your device. Some titles also keep a copy in your private iCloud so it follows you between devices; that copy is yours and we cannot see it. Deleting an app removes its local progress. If something looks lost after an update, write to us before reinstalling and we will help recover it.
