Who we are
Ninth Tile LLC is a games studio registered in Nevada, United States. These terms cover ninthtile.com and the games we publish on the web, inside TikTok and Reddit, and on mobile app stores (“the games”).
Playing
You may play the games for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, sell, rent, decompile, or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing product. You may record and share gameplay video, including for commercial creator content, without asking us.
Purchases and rewards
Some games offer optional cosmetic items, earned by playing or by choosing to watch an ad. Cosmetics change how the game looks and nothing else. Hints, undo, restart and check are always free. Where a game sells anything, the store or platform that took your payment handles refunds under its own rules.
Progress
Progress in the web, TikTok and Reddit games lives on your device or in the hosting platform’s storage. Clearing your browser data, or the platform removing the game, can lose it. We do not keep a copy and cannot restore it.
Availability
We may change, pause, or withdraw a game or this site at any time. The games are provided as they are, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Ninth Tile LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the games.
Platforms
When you play inside TikTok or Reddit, on a web portal, or from an app store, that platform’s terms also apply, and where they conflict with these on a matter the platform controls, the platform’s terms win.
